Nintendo has fallen so far
Nintendo has fallen so far, they offer no assistance or customer service to their eshop for questions or errors. They force you to create individual accounts for multi-user families, but then will not allow non-adult accounts to make purchases, or the adult account to transfer purchases to those non-adult accounts. My son plays WarFrame and the eshop would not permit him to buy an item due to his age, my wife bought it thinking since it was a linked account he could still have access, but he doesn’t and can’t. No wonder Playstation has surpassed Nintendo in sales. Truly embarrassing Nintendo.

Nintendo Bad Customer Services
Customer service is absolutely disgusting, the staff talk to customers like sh*. When you speak to an advisor, it’s like talking to a robot, you can’t have a proper pleasant conversation. Nintendo would do well to remember that it’s the customers that keep them running as a business & any queries customers have should be dealt with appropriately instead of being obstinate & difficult. Also it is there job to support customers with technical enquiries & not to p*ss people off which have done. If you continue providing bad service, customers will not tolerate any nonsense. They will walk!

Awful customer service
Purchased an item which to be fair was delivered very quickly but as i was going away i didn't open until my return and the packing was all damaged. As it is something I'm collecting I asked if it could be swapped for an undamaged one but was told no as you only have 14 days.

Embarrassing tactics from a company I loved when growing up...
They make it impossible to cancel subscriptions, even the custumer services cannot do it, they go through impossible steps you will need to follow and make it sound simple, but it never works and they keep charging you every month. In the end, I had to cancel the payments via my own bank, and now I cannot order anything from nintendo online again.
It is a real shame, something that could be as simple as one click is purposely made difficult with the intention of steal your hard earned money.

WORST Customer service ever
Worst Customer service, if you have a question they won't know the answer. If you have an issue they won't resolve it. Everything you ask is replied with a generic responce and even then it makes no sense. Such a shame for a great company with great reputation to have such a poor excuse for customer service. You get laid to do nothing and apparently know nothing. And secondly their poor excuse for a my Nintendo rewards program where to spend your coins for items which hardly gets updates while other country's get new and amazing stuff. They used to care about the people who purchased their stuff now it's all about money. So sad as iv been a nintendo can since the 80's. Just don't expect much from them or you will be disappointed.

Nintendo is a mixed bag for me...
Nintendo is a mixed bag for me...

I adore the company. For it's games, its reputation with popular characters such as Mario, Link and Kirby however I cannot get my head around how they have fallen so far in terms of console manufacturing and the way they go forward with online gaming.

The first shock is the fact early switch members got the experience of a free online service which quite frankly should still be the case. However, like every growing corporation, there has to be a money grab in there, introducing Nintendo Switch Online!

Okay fine, other companies have a subscription for online gaming too but this is Nintendo we are talking about, its out of character for their originality as a company.

That brings me onto my next issue, the lack of sustained manufacturing for their Switch Console. Although my analogue stick did last about a year before it began drifting, I know other joycons have faced flaws in their build that completely ruin the gameplay. AND, the fact they cost so much for such a cheap design, its madness.

Furthermore, Nintendo's refunding policies for bought games needs a rework. My friend purchased a game and played it for about 2 months and unknowingly found major breaks within some of the later aspects. She attempted to refund this game, but Nintendo gave her the big NO because she had owned and experienced the game for too long. What?!

Nintendo needs to find this path of appeal once again because users will just move to other platforms that appear to be more sustainable.

Please nintendo, just give up.
So, you have bought a Nintendo Switch Lite and you want to find a local wireless game to play?
Well, too bad, as, there are few games around, and they are so expensive.
The e-shop section is so confusing, regarding the local wireless, online, and couch co-op that, even some games are wrong labeled.

Better sell that console, and move to steam deck asap!

The worst company to exist.
The worst company to exist.

After ordering Kirby forgotten lands from my Nintendo store I received a completely empty cardboard box in the post. This was intended as a birthday present for the 25th of May.

After sending various emails and requesting to escalate my case and make a formal complaint I was met with the exact same answer. “We are reviewing your case we do not know what has happened.” It is now the 3rd of June and I have not received any response despite being promised an update within 48 hours.

I will be at the bank on Monday to recover the payment and shortly follow with legal action.

Do not buy anything from this company.

I love the nintendo switch but have had…
I love the nintendo switch but have had a couple of problems with joycon drift and it's impossible to speak to an actual person.

That said, I did get it eventually fixed after going through a lengthy set of questionnaires designed to put people off.

WORST NINTENDO EVER!!!
I bought the yellow Nintendo Switch a couple of years ago. At first everything was fine but then about a year later, I turned on the console and the entire screen had large grey bubbles underneath - keeping in mind, I literally played on it a few days before and left it on my shelf as I always have done and never had this problem.

Now, whenever I turn it on and click the same button 3 times as instructed, it will open and then suddenly switch off. Even though it’s fully charged, this happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!

I still have my 2004 Nintendo DS from when I was a kid and it works perfectly! My friends have also had similar issues and we can’t understand why this console has so many problems. I would never buy it again and have advised others not to bother wasting their money either. It never crossed my mind to purchase the additional 3-year breakdown care since I’ve never had issues with Nintendo devices in the past. From Googling, it seems that these issues are extremely common and Nintendo don’t bother to do anything to fix it.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Damaged goods, no communication, missed delivery dates. Customer services are rubbish, “nothing I can do” approach. Waiting for refund, would never use them again.

The worst gaming/console company i ever…
The worst gaming/console company i ever seen.

1. Didn't gives opportunity to legally play old games on new devices but banning rom website it's like shoot in own leg.

2. Nintendo Switch joy cons are always driving after longer use and after warranty service you can replace them again, and again after warranty are ends.

3. Nintendo Switch can be selled in other countries and adverised sithout care of local people language it's joke to selling software and hardware officially in countries like poland wothout supporting language.

4. Dock are makes scraches on Nintendo Switch screens.

5. After long time they didn't want allow people do more on Nintendo switch like watch netflix, hulu, amazon prime video, geforce now... and other stream services.

I hope Steam Deck gonna take all NS customers from Nintendo.
